Ms. Tracy Campbell
My name is Tracy Campbell and I have been teaching at Luella Merrett since August of 2002. I started in Kindergarten, moved to Pre-K, back to Kinder and then a K-First Grade Bridge, First Grade for 14 years, and now back in Kinder. Lots of movement, but I love the littles. Their eyes get so big the first time they can read a word and solve a math sentence. I have two grown children and 3 dogs. I love to be out in nature hiking, traveling, and reading.

Ms. Leon
I am a Kindergarten Dual Language Two-Way teacher at Luella Merrett Elementary. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Bilingual Education. This is my first year as a classroom teacher, but I am excited to continue being part of the Luella Merrett community after completing my student teaching here last year. I am passionate about creating a welcoming and engaging classroom where my students feel supported as they learn and grow in both English and Spanish. I love building meaningful relationships with my students and families and helping each child feel confident, valued, and excited about learning.
Mr. Gabriel Equihua
Hello, my name is Gabriel Equihua. I am from the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico; where I grew up in a small family and had the opportunity to study for a degree in International Trade at the Universidad del Valle. I came to the United States hired as a bilingual teacher for Fort Worth ISD and have been part of the Super Bees team ever since. This year I am very pleased to work with the Kindergarten on their reading and writing in both languages as well as social studies.
