Ms. Denisse Martinez

My name is Denisse Martinez. I teach First Grade here at Luella Merrett. In my class we love to have fun while creating a meaningful learning environment for all. I am a FWISD graduate, and I’m excited to be back to my root. It will be a great year!

Mi nombre es Denisse Martinez. Enseño Prime Grado en Luella Merrett. Me encanta crear un salón lleno de aprendizaje divertido para todos. Me gradué de FWISD, y estoy super emocionada por regresar a mis raíces. ¡Sera un año sensacional!

Ms. Joylita Richardson

My name is Joylita Richardson.  This is my 22nd year of teaching for FWISD.  I received a BBA in Finance from UTA and my teaching certification from Texas Wesleyan.  I love being a teacher, especially to younger children.   I enjoy traveling, reading, and watching Hallmark movies in my free time.  I look forward to working with your child and you this year.

Mrs. Julia Rodriguez

Hi, I'm Julia Rodriguez. This is my 18th year teaching, but first year as a Super Bee! I have taught grades Pre-K - 5 and have found them all rewarding in different ways. In my free time I love spending time with my family (pets included), reading up on current events, and taking care of my plants.

Estoy muy feliz de ser la maestra de su hijo/a. He sido maestra por 3 años. También soy madre de 2 hermosas niñas, Samantha y Sofia. Cuando no estoy enseñando, me gusta pasar tiempo con mi familia.

I am very happy to be your child's teacher. I have been a teacher for 3 years. I am also the mother of 2 beautiful girls, Samantha and Sofia. When I'm not teaching, I like to spend time with my family.
