Ms. Maria Balandran

My name is Maria Balandran. I have been part of the Luella Merrett family for 10 years. Started as a Data Clerk and moved up to Office Manager. I'm Passionate about creating a positive, welcoming, and organized environment where everyone feels supported and valued. I'm a positive person who loves helping others and making everyday moments a little brighter. I'm grateful for the opportunity to do work that allows me to be part of this wonderful team and my community.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three boys. My weekends are spent at soccer games supporting and watching my 2 oldest do what they love the most. I enjoy cooking, going out for a walk, keeping my plants alive, and drinking coffee on a rainy day.  

Ms. Evelyn Zamora

My name is Evelyn “Evy” Zamora, and I am proud to serve as the Assistant Office Manager at Luella Merrett Elementary. I enjoy welcoming and assisting our students, families, and staff each day.

As part of my role, I assist families with student registration and enrollment, maintain student attendance records, and help ensure important student information is accurate and up to date. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy helping families navigate school processes and connecting them with the support they need.

I have proudly been part of the Luella Merrett family for four years, and I truly enjoy being part of our school community. I look forward to continuing to make every student and family feel welcomed, supported, and at home at Luella Merrett! 🐝💛
